In this scheme, you will be developed by a dedicated Recruitment Training Manager to build relationships with global candidates within the pharmaceutical industry, identify top profiles for specific job roles and manage the interview process for candidates from start to finish.As you develop throughout your career you will also be fully trained on how to develop relationships with hiring manages within pharmaceutical companies (clients), your role will be to partner with them to understand what their hiring needs are and then to devise a recruitment plan so that you can set about your task of finding highly suitable candidates.This is a commission-based job that contains many sales elements.
