Your role as GuestServicesManager will be integral to ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the hotel's various services and amenities, including the spa, restaurants, and accommodations.

GuestServicesManager Ideal Profile:
Excellent standard of personal appearance Friendly and confident communicator in person, on the telephone and in writing Warm and friendly disposition Genuine desire to serve our guests Ability to coach and direct staff while on shift Organized with good attention to detail Operational hotel experience across a range of food and beverage as well as front-of-house departments to be considered GuestServicesManager Responsibilities:
Ensure correct staffing levels are maintained in all departments to provide excellent service Monitor staff presentation to ensure adherence to required standards Maintain 5-star standards in all areas of the hotel and spa Aid departments during peak periods Welcome and acknowledge special guests and those with specific needs Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth operation throughout the day/evening Resolve all guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction prior to departure Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety, and other procedures during the shift Act as Host Manager during busy arrival or departure periods in the hotel reception, coordinating with the concierge and supporting reception Benefits:
