WCS Group are looking for an HR Administrator for a 9 month fixed term contract.

As an HR Administrator at WCS Group, you'll be integral to supporting the business in all things HR Accountabilities will include, but not limited to:

Assist in monitoring and responding to general HR queries via the HR mailbox and phone.

Helping to ensure that all emails are responded to or allocated to others for action.

Support the NaturalHR system, with the ability to develop on to helping & advising staff and managers how to navigate around and get the most out of the system.

Support on monitoring and actioning NaturalHR workflows as appropriate.

Help to ensure that NaturalHR is always maintained and kept up to date.

Request employment references for all new starters via email (& phone if required).

Support on ensuring that probation periods are managed effectively, and associated paperwork issued in a timely fashion.

Assist in the accurate preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and any associated changes to terms and conditions.

Submit all electronic DBS applications via the online portal.

Support on admin associated with the leavers process is carried out in a timely & efficient manner.

Ensure Birthdays cards are issued to staff as appropriate.

Support on ensuring all key stakeholders are advised of starters and leavers as required and work with the key stakeholders to ensure Inductions are appropriately planned.

Ensure that long service awards are managed and issued to staff.

Help to ensure that the HR folders on the shared drive contain accurate and up to date information.

Provide basic advice on policies and procedures to staff and managers.

Be on hand to take minutes in grievance / disciplinary and associated HR meetings.

Actively review and make recommendations of change on HR processes and systems.

Ensure processes and deadlines are met through chasing up required information and escalation to management if necessary.

Support the People Team with any ad hoc administration duties and projects as and when required.

Any other People Hub duties as required.

Requirements Ideally +1 years’ experience as administrator in a business environment, ideally HR.

Personality – Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm Confident & Friendly individual Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Focused & flexible High attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative Ability to work effectively on your own as well as part of a team Excellent communication skills Excellent administration and organisational skills Be able to prioritise workload daily and work to deadlines Ability to treat confidential information with discretion.
