This is a HR BusinessPartner opportunity available initially on an 18 month fixed term contract.
About The Role As an HR BusinessPartner, you support the provision of HR, ER and IR coaching, advice and support to facilitate the achievement of the organisations Business Goals and HR strategy for UK, Ireland and Belgium.
You also provide advice and support on key activities (employee lifecycle, policies and procedures, HR systems) to HR Managers, Line Managers and Employees within the business which enables key customers to enhance workplace relations and productivity in line with Business Strategy.
What you will be doing Support HR Policy implementation at a local level Support the resolution of emerging issues.
Support employee relations investigations as required.
Support the implementation of organisational wide projects at local level as required.
Understand local collective agreements in the region, including negotiation involvements as required Support the reviews of regional industrial relations trends and the provision of ER/IR advice to the business.
Partner to deliver specialist functional services, manage the relationship, ensure the Centre Of Excellence is aware of the region/site requirements and ensure delivery against agreed standards of service.
Regularly review and update country level policies and procedures, and their application across the business.
Support managers to navigate the annual performance & talent review cycles.
This role will in addition to this spend approx.
50% of their time on key activities focusing on Governance, particularly compliance to group standards, and business education across Northern Europe and wider EMEA if required, including but not limited to; Providing training and information material on HR policies and procedures for employees and managers; Process documentation, mapping and updating; Support internal audits and actions Enable cross-functional/HR functional collaboration.
What you will bring A solid understanding of HR Policies & Procedures An understanding of HR, payroll and superannuation related legislation and statutory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
Ability to plan, influence & execute.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.
Experience with SAP, beneficial but not essential What our client offers:
