Relevant experience in a similar fine dining/ high end, quality food kitchen A great level of food product knowledge and an understanding of French food preparation techniques The ability to work efficiently in a high pressurised environment A genuine passion for cooking and the Hospitality industry An exceptional attention to detail A desire to further develop their career working alongside the best chefs in the industry Great work ethic To apply for this role, you must have worked in ahigh end / high volume kitchento at least Senior Sous Chef level and be a confidentcommunicator and natural leader.
Ideally you will have demonstrated you can stay in a position for at least two years and have a good sense of humor.
