We are recruiting an experienced HeadChef to oversee a Chinese restaurant for a brand new opening in near Witney, Oxfordshire If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.
You will be responsible for full management of the restaurant as well as being an experienced hands on Dim Sum Chef We are looking for someone with a solid background in high end, high volume Chinese restaurants You will have a proven track record as an inspirational leader, skilled in menu development, budgeting, health and safety controls and food production at the highest level.
