A country club set in beautifully kept grounds in the Kent countryside is looking for a KitchenManagerHeadChef to join their Catering team on a full-time permanent basis.
The role will include leading a team of staff to run the kitchen and make delicious food to serve to customers.
You will need to use your knowledge and experience of professional cooking to organise and oversee the work of the kitchen staff and delegate tasks that need to be done to the team.

Monday - Thursday lunch service is between 12 pm - 2 pm and dinner is served between 6 pm-9 pm.
Friday - Sunday there is food service 12 pm - 9 pm.
As well as normal food service times, my client also holds different events such as Weddings, Carvery's, Mother's day lunches etc.
As part of the role, you will oversee organising the rotas to ensure there is the staff in for these shifts.
This role is 45 hours per week and will include some weekend work.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Through your attention to detail, research, and planning, you will oversee the development and delivery of outstanding seasonal menus suited to the needs of our members including costing, pricing, gross margin, ordering and training of the team.
* Working with colleagues, you will be pro-active in anticipating demand for catering, ordering from quality suppliers that enable unique menu offers which embody my clients vision and values.
* Ensure sufficient kitchen staff are in place at all times through effective recruitment, staff development, rota development, holiday and sickness management and provide an accurate summary of the timesheets to the Office Secretary.
* You will have responsibility for the training of all staff in the kitchen area * Ensure that the kitchen is a safe place of work in line with Health & Safety Regulations.
Salary:
