Day shift
- 8-hour shifts £40k + Tips Cooking fresh, local and seasonal food served Monday Friday, from breakfast through to lunch.

The menu is fresh, simple and unpretentious.

The dishes are produce led, hyper seasonal and the chefs are afforded the creative freedom to work creatively and thoughtfully with top quality ingredients.

You can expect to work with modern British and Mediterranean influences celebrating seasonal organic vegetables and fruit, with minimal use of red meat and a focus on conscious consumption.

The menus will follow the seasons closely, welcoming forced rhubarb and wild garlic in March, followed by British asparagus in April before the peas, broad beans, and early salads in Spring.

Job brief To operate a successful and profitable restaurant in line with the objectives, operating procedures and standards of the company.

To assist management in the daily running of the restaurant, in order to achieve sales and profit targets and maintaining excellent standards of customer service.

Key Skills Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.

Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.

Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.

Arrange for repairs when necessary.

Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff.

Oversee the work of subordinates.

Estimate staffs workload and compensations.

Maintain records of payroll and attendance.

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers.

Since responsible for culinary arts, Head Chef consider the needs and desires of the customers.

Responsible for ordering ingredients and maintaining necessary inventory.

Ensure customer satisfaction and seek feedback on menu items.
