Our client is a contemporary Italian restaurant based in the heart of London and is looking for a creative HeadChef who thrives on working with fresh pasta.

The restaurant offers a relaxed experience in a vibrant setting with a fresh take on classic Italian dishes.
This is a high-volume restaurant with a large kitchen team, so our client is looking for a HeadChef with a similar background.
The company is small at present with only two restaurants, but they are looking to expand and want to take a passionate & Inspirational chef on this journey with them.
The successful HeadChef will be required to:
Manage the smooth running of a large kitchen.
Train & develop the team through great leadership skills.
Maintain EHO standards & records.
Passionate in working with fresh pasta.
An exceptional eye for detail Managing stock control The basic annual salary is between £45,000 & £48,000 per year and negotiable depending on experience for 45/50hrs of work per week.
This is a high-volume, fast paced environment & the HeadChef will be required to manage a large team of 20 chefs.
