Cooking and plating our delicious food Leading and managing shifts in a controlled but relaxed way Recruiting, motivating, training and retaining your team Taking accountability for keeping customers happy, everyone safe, and the finances on point Working closely with your GM to unite FOH and BOH What Well Be Doing In Return:
