A HeadChef is required for this picturesque 4 star hotel in the heart of Ludlow.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the business forward - you will be responsible for training the team as well as building on the hotels reputation and aiming to achieve rosettes in the not so distant future.
This stunning hotel has 40 bedrooms and a 60 cover restaurant.
Banqueting up to 100 covers.
As HeadChef you will be responsible for running the kitchen as well as ordering, adhering to food hygiene regulations and training junior members of staff.
The menus should be utilising fresh, local and seasonal produce.
Hotel accommodation can be provided for 3 months for someone who is relocating to the area.
This small, successful hotel group also has the support of a group Chef, however each property has its own individual personality and menus.
