We are looking for a talented HeadPastryChef to join the team at a stunning estate known for its picturesque scenery, breath taking views, and elegant events.
The HeadPastryChef will be responsible for creating beautiful, handcrafted desserts and pastries for weddings, afternoon teas, and other events.
The ideal individual should have a passion for using locally sourced ingredients and creating seasonal menus that showcase the best of what the area has to offer.

HeadPastryChef Ideal Profile:
Demonstrable experience in catering for weddings and events Experience in catering for weddings/events with a guest count of up to 120 Comfortable working as a part of a small team Proficiency in preparing afternoon tea menus Prior experience in a management role HeadPastryChef Responsibilities:
Lead the Pastry Section, overseeing a team of two PastryChefs.
One member of the team is focused on afternoon tea cakes, while the other specializes in cakes and sweets for the café Create new menus for weddings and events Work closely with the kitchen team, including the HeadChef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Partie, to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach Be a team player and comfortable working in a small team environment Be able to work in a kitchen that is not fast paced, as this role will not suit someone who is used to working in a high-volume kitchen Prepare all desserts, cakes, and pastries from scratch, as we do not use packet mixes or pre-made products By submitting your CV to GingerRecruitmentServices Ltd (GRSL), you are consenting to GRSL providing you with recruitmentservices as an agency defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and authorising GRSL to work seek on your behalf.
