We are currently looking for a talented and experienced PastryChef to join our unique artisan truffle company, who produce outstanding truffles using only plant based, raw ingredients.
Based in London, we pride ourselves on producing absolutely everything on site and offering our clients creative, innovating and cutting edge ideas.
Salary up to £45k Fixed term contract Working hours:
Monday - Friday day-times, although we are flexible.

We are looking for someone that can help drive our food offer forwardand can be innovative in developing new ideas.
The role will see you working in our pastry production kitchen, managing a team of food decorators.
You'll be expected to manage and oversee quality control, order fulfilment and supervision.
