A top London-based WealthManagement company is looking for a permanentHead of Digital to help with the growth of the company’s AUM and Digital capability over the coming years.
You will Lead the Digitisation of the business by owning and improving the Client portal and Mobile App, whilst also building out digital capability to support the client-facing colleagues to drive engagement, experience and productivity. Deliver a set of digitalassets and capability that align to business goals – maximising the overall operating productivity whilst delivering an exceptional set of client and colleague outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the colleague and client needs and behaviour through data and insights, to develop a ManCo-approved Digital strategy and Roadmap Collaborate with internal and external teams to solve real problems whilst making an impact on the overall business goals Enable the digital vision by developing an agile and experimental delivery process – owning the design and implementation of company-wide digital strategy Integrate digital services into the wider company operating model to improve client engagement and the colleague experience, and deliver productivity gains Work with Technology and Data Owners to ensure the Digital production service is secure, resilient and that KPIs are met Accountable for the Go-to-market strategy and release to live of new product features Required:
Strong DigitalChange experience Either WealthManagement, Private Banking or AssetManagement experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
