The role:
You will be a member of the ELT providing expertise and guidance on strategic and operational HR topics across the entire employee lifecycle including:
Provide coaching to people leaders related to succession planning, career path development & performance management.
Develop & drive local employer branding strategies in line with European and global strategies to attract, develop and retain strong & diverse talent.Lead teams through critical HR operating rhythms:
review, salary planning, performance management.
Lead the HR team and provide coaching, mentoring and development opportunities What we are looking for:
Experience in making strategic and operational HR decisions & effectively interfacing with business leaders Experience driving and successfully embedding HR change projects/HR strategic agenda Strong people management skills and a track record of building high performing teams A mindset that allows you to switch easily from operational to strategic subjects Strong business acumen and business partnering experience Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to initiate difficult and challenging discussions where appropriate Able to energise & lead in a matrix structure Able to work in a changing environment, see through complexity Capable of handling multiple issues/projects simultaneously & executing to completion As the Head of HR, we want you to be a key feature for the company and really get involved across the board.
