As an experienced housekeeper, keeping environments clean is what you do.
We’re looking for someone who does this well, when clean is never clean enough. You’ll be keeping all areas of a residential care service clean for service users going through their recovery journey.
This includes wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitor areas. Working alongside the housekeeping team, you will follow and promote Elysium's cleanliness standards to maintain the safety of service users, staff and visitors at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
To carry out Housekeeping Operations in line with Departmental Procedures To be Pro-Active in helping to further improve our service delivery through liaisons with the Manager To Promote and maintain professional relationships within the department and with customers To act as a mentor to newly trained staff when required To be supportive as a team member, helping to provide a continued service during staff shortages To ensure that all Housekeeping tasks are achieved around the needs of the patients To adhere to patients guidelines and programmes To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment C.O.S.H.H Training Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively Be a good communicator Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness What you will get:
