This is a key role, overseeing the HR strategy for the business and working closely with all HOD's and the general manager to ensure best HR practice is effectively implemented.
The role will focus on developing a creative and positive culture within the business, supporting the HOD's in development, training, recruitment and retention of their teams.With the business evolving, there is a need for this HR manager to be process driven, and showing visibility and accessibility to all employees.
