Negotiable Role & Responsibilities Assist in maintaining the smooth running of the helpdesk by logging cases received by phone, email and via a portal to ensure required information is captured accurately.
Providing a first port of call to the customers, aiming to achieve a high degree of first-time fixes where possible.
Documenting and prioritising cases that need to be escalated to 2nd/3rd line support.
Ensuring incidents and requests are resolved within set SLA's.
Contribute to the creation and update of Knowledge Base articles.
Work closely with the team to seek service improvements, when necessary.
Assist in the analysis and documentation of incidents/problems and contribute to Service Improvement.
Key Measures of Success:
Providing a high level of customer service when handling a customer's query or support case.
Resolve cases within the specified SLA's.
Clearly and thoroughly documenting cases to be escalated to 2nd/3rd line support.
Completing training and working towards gaining a detailed knowledge of NAV/Business Central with a view of progressing to 2nd line support and further.
