My client are a well-established business with a central office in Daventry.
As a result of steady growth they are looking to hire an additional IT SupportEngineer who will handle 1st and 2nd line support issues as well as playing a role in project work.
The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.
The team have a presence on site and therefore the initial expectation is to be based in the office however once up to speed there will be flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week if you wish.
You will support users across the UK and enjoy a variation of technical challenges as well as occasional on site/face to face support with clients.
They are paying a generous standing salary of circa £30,000 and for this are expecting just a couple of years' experience within an IT support, Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
You will be a good problem solver, have solid communication skills and be driven and motivated to further your technical knowledge.
Specific experience supporting O365, Active Directory, tablets, mobiles and printers is required as is the ability to commute to their office in Northampton.
