We are recruiting for two ImplementationAnalysts who will work as part of the programme delivery team to provide second line technical support, analysis and continuity between delivery and business as-usual teams throughout the implementation lifecycle of a new solution.
You will help to implement Planon, our integrated Workplace and Facilities Management platform.
Key to the success of Parliament's digital transformation, the platform has played a huge part in enhancing our processes and efficiencies.
What You Need If you've got a track record of providing technical support for an off-the-shelf business application in a large organisation, then we want to hear from you.
You should also have:
* demonstratable experience in the implementation and deployment of a new technology * ability to solve complex problem relating to data, configuration, or other IT or project related issue * experience of communicating technical issues in a clear and simple way to customers.
* understanding of customers and their differing levels of skills and experience * the ability to pass security clearance, backed by the right to work in the UK About The Team You'll be a key member of the Workplace Management Delivery Team - made up of Project Managers, Business Analysts, a Change and Engagement Manager, a Change and Engagement Lead, Senior ImplementationAnalyst and another ImplementationAnalyst, a Technical Solution Architect, a Project Officer and a Data Architect.
