Agile IT DeliveryManager – Salary up to £60,000 – Leyland (in office x2 days) Overview My client is looking for an Agile IT DeliveryManager for leading one or more agile software engineering teams, in planning and delivering the vision and objectives, across both Product and Technology.
Responsibilities:
Coaching teams to be predictable, sustainable, value driven and flexible.
Supporting the team by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the team has clarity on vision and goals.
Maintaining team focus on committed goals, by removing blockers, managing dependencies, issues and risks.
Working across organisational & geographical boundaries, to help teams overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints.
Reporting on team progress towards goals, managing expectations and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Driving continuous improvement mindset and developing self-sufficient agile teams.
Play an active role across the deliver community, sharing and reapplying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice Experience:
Proven experience, either as a Scrum Master or an Agile IT DeliveryManager Expert knowledge and experience cultivating high performing teams utilising Agile & Lean techniques Proven track record of delivering multiple technical or digital projects and/or products, meeting outcomes and driving business value Experience of working across the full Software Development Life Cycle in a dynamic fast paced environment Proven track record of successful collaboration across functions and disciplines Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence Trello & Slack Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodology (Kanban/Scrum) Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent analytical skills, providing structured thinking and challenge to problems If you are an experienced IT DeliveryManager and love the sound of this opportunity, please apply now.
