At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a SupplyChainDirector to join a leading retailer.
The SupplyChainDirector will oversee and ensure the efficient running of all distribution, warehousing, stock-management and reverse logistics operations.
They will also hold responsibilities for over-seeing the Customer experience from order to delivery.
The ideal candidate, will have prior experience working within SupplyChain Management, working with Third-Party Providers as well as in-house operations, able to confidently lead a team with excellent communication and organisation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The SupplyChainDirector will be responsible for the overall management of the SupplyChain.
You will control the internal operational processes for warehousing, closely monitoring service levels, costs as well as managing their 3PL/Logistics Providers.
Additionally, you will oversee the management of Transport, Customer Operations, Inventory and Demand Planning.
The SupplyChainDirector will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the SupplyChain budget, including any 3PL contracts to maximise cost efficiency.
