A diversified financial services company with over 260,000 team members globally, are in the perfect position for the future expansion. The reports into the EMEA Controllers group which is responsible for regulatory, financial and management reporting requirements in the region.
As well as forming part of the International Controllers organization, the team provides local support for varied financial services business lines as well as the EMEA CFO/ management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide the Intl Controller Change Management Lead with Project Management and Operating Model set up support for strategic implementation of Axiom for Regulatory Reporting Partner with Change Tech and data strategy lead on the build out of the data controller function (new team to be set up in India to run a BAU function over Intl Controllers data landing and pre-processing engine) Engage with key stakeholders to support planning, testing and implementation of projects and initiatives within the EMEA Portfolio Partner with colleagues in Project Management, Technology, Controllers, and various other teams to help determine impact analysis of change initiatives and build out proposed implementation frameworks/ scoping documents.
Dedicated support to assess Operating Models, potential efficiencies and control enhancements and implementation of revised operating models Provide Senior Mgmt.
with support on RSCA Implementation & activities.
Provide Program/ PMO support where required by the key EMEA controller leadership team Engagement in impact analysis & readiness preparations for ESG/ CRR3 deliverables as well as growth plans Required Skills:
University degree preferred in business, finance or accounting Experience managing change activity within financial services organization – Finance/ Regulatory experience preferred.
Experience in Operating Model/ streamlining processes & creating efficiencies.
Clear understanding of change management discipline and ability to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders across global regions Strong project management skills Strong communication skills (verbal/ written), with the ability to present concisely and accurately to senior audiences A self-starter with excellent time and project management skills that can identify, plan, prioritize and deliver various workstreams against deadlines Strong technical background and proficiency with systems and spreadsheet skills including various Microsoft products like Word, Excel, Visio etc.
