As a JapaneseLanguageCustomer Service Advisor, we are looking for positive and confident individuals who can support, advise and assist our customers in a wide range of sports and gaming queries.
We are keen to welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering high quality service using their valuable languages skills, whilst working in a fast paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression.
Candidates must be prepared to work any 5 days from 7 including weekends.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Companys hybrid working from home policy, allowing 3 days per week to be performed at home.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese.Previous experience in a customer facing role and a passion for delivering outstanding service.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to problem solve.Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
Main Responsibilities Assisting our global customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email.Supporting customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries.Liaising with English-speaking internal departments in order to resolve customer queries.Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.Using internal tools to assist, taking ownership of customer queries.Escalating queries when necessary.Investigating issues thoroughly.Promoting Responsible Gambling.Maintaining awarenss of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
