About Our Client This is an exciting opportunity for a Technologist / JuniorTechnicalManager to join a food business that is going through a period of investment and growth.
About the Job As JuniorTechnicalManager you will be primary contact for all technical matters within the business and be the link for all customers.
You will manage internal audits, host BRC and customer audits and the management of supplier.
This is an all-encompassing technical position covering compliance and customers and you will be responsible managing the technical function for the site to ensure the business is fully compliant for all customer requirements and audit ready at all times.
The Ideal Candidate This role would suit a JuniorTechnicalManager with experience of working for a food / fresh produce business supplying the retailers or, maybe you are currently a Technologist looking for your first TechnicalManager role.
You must have great communication skills that will enable you to liaise effectively with a customer base as well as excellent leadership skills to drive forward the technical team.
Experience of BRC is essential.
