We're on the lookout for a dynamic Manager to open and lead our new Grab & Perch concept Kiosk in beautiful York! Our exciting new site will offer our Guests the opportunity to enjoy YO! Favourites and share our passion for Japanese food and bringing people together.
They will have the opportunity to grab and go, or grab and perch, with the same sensational YO! food in a fun and fast paced environment.
With an array of hand rolled sushi, street food and snacks we offer exciting, great value dishes bursting with authentic flavours which are memorable and exciting.
As a Grab & Go Manager, you'll be a key player in delivering this exciting and growing concept and pioneering our new Concept.

As a YO! Manager, you will be accountable for managing all aspects of operating your Grab & Go Kiosk You will be accountable for all aspects of stock and ordering procedures, ensuring your Kiosk hits production and wastage targets You will drive and analyse the profit performance of your Kiosk You will manage rotas and staff holidays, support the teams in opening and closing locations on assigned days and provide leadership during the hours of operations & be flexible to support other counters when required You will maintain consistent high standards and drive food quality You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, promoting a safe and healthy working environment for all You will be obsessed with hospitality and lead your Team to achieve the highest levels of service You will inspire and engage your Team through creating a culture of teamwork and support YO!
