We are looking for an experienced KitchenManager who has a proven track record in maintaining standards and building a fantastic team around them, to help deliver exceptional results.
This role is suited to a current kitchenmanager or a current sous chef who is looking to progress in their career.
As Head Chef / KitchenManager you will manage every aspect of your kitchen's operation.
The exciting Cantina menu, including Tapas and Main courses will keep your taste buds tingling, and with fresh menus arriving in the site throughout the year you are bound to be kept excited! With a large restaurant, there will never be a dull moment! The fresh menu, and sheer volume of prep needed will be a real challenge for the successful candidate.

What you will get up to? Responsibilities include the recruitment and development of junior chefs.
Ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard.
You will ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs.
Aiding in sales initiatives.
Stock control and deliveries.
