L&D Design & DeliveryFacilitator Hybrid working with up to 80% of your working week from home Work as part of an engaged and collaborative team Gain exposure to all areas of the business About the role We have a fantastic opportunity for a Design & DeliveryFacilitator to join our L&D department on a 12 month FTC.
Reporting to our L&D Team Leader, the main purpose of the role is to develop and deliver learning solutions.
Focusing on business skills/soft skills - you will develop learning catalogues to provide a high-quality L&D service across the Business in line with both Business and L&D strategies.
Typical tasks include:
Work with internal L&D stakeholders & SME’s to develop and evaluate new learning solutions in line with the department strategy and standards, utilising learning technologies and social learning strategies to meet the identified need.
Review and update learning solutions in line with the department review cycle, ensuring they are fit for purpose, accurate, up-to-date, reflect evaluation results and meet business and regulatory requirements.
Deliver soft skills training to colleagues across the business.
About you As our Design & DeliveryFacilitator, you’ll design and deliver soft skills training to employees across the business both virtually and face to face.
A strong communicator, you’ll be skilled in delivering engaging learning through written and verbal communications.
You’ll enjoy organising your time, managing your workload and communicating this effectively to your team and the business.
You’ll be part of a strong team love working collaboratively to understand how different people learn.
Articulate Storyline knowledge and experience or any other design programme is desirable.
