We are currently looking for a Learning & DevelopmentCoordinator to join our amazing and creative L&D team! Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.
As a L&D Coordinator your main responsibilities will be to ensure team members are scheduled and registered for trainings, delivering training session, such as company induction, and creating and updating training courses.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who is keen to make their first move into the L&D/HR department.We have over 70 different training courses that we deliver, so this is an opportunity for you to learn how to train and how to develop your own training courses.
We use a hybrid approach to training, including classroom, online learning platform and virtual.
You will be based in our Head Office in Belgravia, London and will help deliver training to the 6 hotels in London.
