About You:
- You have exceptional communication skills, are detail-oriented, and feel confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You thrive in a team and understand the importance of positive relationships and collaborative working.
Results driven and able to work to deadline you will be comfortable overseeing small projects and support the delivery of products across multiple markets.
- You will engage collaboratively and creatively with third parties as well as cross-organisationally to develop, shape and maintain products; ensuring our content is reflective of stakeholder goals and in-keeping with the educational landscape.
- You will have a passion for education and learning and enjoy working for a company that supports over one million young people worldwide to succeed in their education.
Day-to-day, you will be:
- Commissioning and raising contracts for authors, consultants and freelance support; - Managing publishing projects from development through to publication; - Managing quality control of content during the production process and on publication; - Editing content to ensure it follow the in-house guidelines; - Undertaking initial market research and develop scoping documents to inform new content; - Developing an understanding of the educational landscape including competitor presence and changes in curricula; - Nurturing and developing relations with authors and quality assessors while supporting in the extension and growth of the author pool; What does Access offer you?
