About the Department :
Human Resources provides services to SOAS across the full range of HR functions including recruitment, staff development, wellbeing, employee relations, operations and payroll.
About the Role:
The Learning & DevelopmentBusinessPartner has overall responsibility for the staff learning strategy, and an effective in-house core learning offer, delivered in partnership with external providers and internal subject matter experts.
The post holder leads on leadership and management development personally and provides expert advice on the design of learning interventions.
