We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning and DevelopmentPartner to deliver engaging training, development programs and apprenticeship, focusing on our colleagues in rooms division including reception, guest services, reservations, housekeeping, grounds, engineering, spa, kids club, membership and office teams.
You will need to be forward thinking and creative, ready to explore new avenues to enable our colleagues to be the best they can be, focused on providing our colleagues with valuable and inspiring learning experiences including onboarding, blended learning solutions, skills and knowledge-based training and throughout their journey with career pathways and development.
