Permanent – Full Time This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LettingsManager to join an Independent, market leading Lettings specialist with a significant portfolio and successful offices in the Brighton area.
You will be working alongside the company directors and your mission will be to grow and develop the existing Lettings business through the generation of NEW LETTING LISTINGS and business development and retention The perfect candidate will currently be either an Assistant Manager or currently a LettingsManager who is looking to take the next step in their career and who loves the business development aspect of the role.
You will be friendly, enthusiastic and energetic, have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, be capable of winning new business, be a superb lister and business builder and understand customer service and the importance of retaining clients.
An ARLA qualification would be ideal.

Significant experience in residential Lettings Significant listing / valuations experience Experience in managing and mentoring a team Excellent sales ability High level of customer service skills Good telephone manner and positive attitude Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated Knowledge and living close to the Brighton area essential Full Driving License and car owner essential Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency The Company:
