A vacancy has arisen for an exceptionally talented MaintenanceProjectManager, working within the Doyle Collection Brand of Luxury Hotels based at the 5 Star Marylebone Hotel in Central London.
We are looking for a proven, well-rounded candidate with an excellent technical background.
This is an autonomous and dynamic role overseeing varied life cycle and maintenanceprojects at the prestigious 5 Star London property, ensuring that all project work is scoped, planned, and delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance planning Preparation of projects Schedules of work and simple working drawings Management of the tender process Appointment of consultants and contractors Project supervision through to completion Budget control This role would suit a MaintenanceProjectManager who is experienced in managing Mechanical and Electrical maintenance, CAPEX lifecycle and technology-based work packages, including scope writing, tender and bid processes that vary in value and scale.

Competencies and Experience:
Experience with FM Hard Services & Project Management Good understanding of the fundamentals of Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services engineering Understands Building Management Systems (BMS) Understands principals of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Systems and Root Cause Analysis Experience within a Computerised Maintenance Management systems Familiar with Safe Systems of Work including Control of Contractors, approving RAMS and Permit to Work systems Knowledgeable on Health & Safety, Environmental, Energy and Fire disciplines Experience in construction projects and engineering plant modifications Able to read engineering drawings Experience with Maintenance & Project budgeting, driving down costs and CAPEX planning Positive ‘can do, will do' attitude who is self-motivated, forward-thinking and safety conscious Computer literate and knowledgeable in authoring documents and writing reports.
