£40,000 per annum (including service charge) A high-end, award-winning, French brasserie in Piccadilly is seeking a Maitre D to join their amazing team.
The company is highly recognisable in London for their oozing old glamour and luxury.
The ideal Maitre D will have previous experience on the front desk in a high-end restaurant in a leadership position.
Knowledge of reservations, guest profiling and leading a team is required.
In return the Maitre D will receive:
