This career opportunity is with Wipro's Digital Consulting business.

This is a senior position that will lead and significantly contribute to the Automation Advisory consulting business to build on existing capabilities to deliver significant regional growth and scale The role holder is expected to contribute and help grow the portfolio of consulting offerings & services, lead engagements as Business Solution lead on strategic accounts and manage client relationships across account clusters to grow the consulting business and deliver expected outcomes for our customers The role holder will also play an active role as a key partner in driving the business strategy of the automation advisory business, with other leaders across the business, globally Working closely with clients, the role holder will be accountable for designing and implementing strategies and solutions that will help customer realise Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reductions, improve customer experience/ NPS, standardize and improve effectiveness of business processes and minimize regulatory / compliance risks.

Responsibilities Core responsibilities will include:

Actively contribute to the growth of Digital Consulting Intelligent Automation Advisory business, including sales, offering development and consulting engagement delivery activities for our large global clients Partner with clients to lead their Digital Transformation and Automation programmes demonstrating delivery excellence and thought leadership and developing a strong 'Trusted Advisor' relationship.

As the Business Solution Lead, drive large Automation Advisory engagements focused at defining Intelligent Automation Strategy & Roadmap, building and shaping the Business Case for Strategic Automation ambitions, setting-up Automation CoE and managing client's portfolio of Intelligent Automation initiatives Communicate effectively and break down technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical people.

As business solution lead on Digital Transformation programme(s), work with workstream leads and architects to re-imagine / re-design the end-to-end customer journeys, leverage best fit technology interventions (RPA, Process / Task Mining, LCNC or AI/ML) Collaborate with our Agile Product Owners and SMEs to understand client's business processes and map to create data structures and process flows.

Establish pragmatic roadmap to maximise automation (STP) and deliver new digital capabilities for customers (Digital Cheque, Digital Payments and Bereavements) Provide thought leadership in the areas of BFSI with focus on process re-design and automation Relevant Experience Extensive experience in consulting industry around business transformation, operational excellence, business analytics, business process advisory, AI and Automation Advisory etc.

Experience of delivery of digital transformation programmes in a heavily regulated industry such as Financial services is mandatory ideally with deep knowledge of Digital Cheque, Digital Payments and Bereavements space Deep knowledge and experience of achieving superior business outcomes through use of Intelligent automation technologies such as RPA, Process / Task Mining, AI + Machine learning.

LCNC; 1 or more industry leading BPM platforms Extensive experience of benchmarking, designing & implementing
- Automation strategies, techniques, and solutions, reimagining CX and MI requirements in regulated activities for Digital Cheque, Digital Payments and Bereavements and others.

Good exposure to customer identification & verification processes (authenticated vs unauthenticated journeys) Skills:

Consulting experience spanning people-process reengineering and technology implementations aspects [not just software development life cycle] Lead and influence cross-functional SMEs, TDA's and Engineering Leads to define solution blueprint, prioritise backlogs of E2E customer journeys and sequencing into multiple sprints Contributing to Customer journey re-imagination, performing customer journey and process maps, identifying personas, timelines, channels, emotions, touchpoints, breakdowns and opportunities.

Ability to collaborate with business SMEs in the business, project managers and technologists to articulate business rules, data models, and document and design processes and arrive at a strategic solution Lead Process standardisation and automation programmes, leverage Agile practices to improve Delivery KPI's & drive Continuous Improvements.
