Salary Negotiable HunterMason are currently working alongside a residential and commercial focused construction firm to source a MD, this role will entail leading the company allowing the company to move from strength to strength and facilitating further growth in a company that already doubled it’s profits in the last year Your new role as a managingdirector As a managingdirector your responsibilities will include the following:
* Work with the Founders to agree a vision, strategy, measurables and budgets * Direct and support the senior team * Report against the key * Supplier selection and negotiation * Commercial decision making * Plan and deliver budgets.
Present monthly Management Accounts * Short, medium and long-term planning * Continuously evolve staffing structure * Act with authority, meet challenges head-on, embrace new opportunities The successful candidate for this position will have a background in Commercial and Residential construction and will ideally be an MD or will have experience in a similar senior leadership position HunterMasonConsulting Ltd GuildfordEngland
