Day to day, you’ll be responsible for motivating, supporting and developing your team to consistently deliver excellent results whilst you deliver your own personal sales performance, providing a valuable contribution to the branch achieving its targets.

You'll champion the interests of local farmers, arrange local meetings and events, recruit and retain members and keep them up-to-date on agricultural policy.

About You Ready to lead from the front, you already operate as part of a Senior Leadership Team.
This role is the ideal opportunity for a transformational leader; you have a blend of operational and strategic leadership credentials with a track record of driving business growth, be it on an organisational, divisional or even local level.
Previous experience of working in a regulated sales and service environment is preferred (e.g.
Insurance, Financial Services) though not essential.
Clearly a passion or active involvement in rural affairs or farming and agriculture will ensure a natural empathy for our core customer base.
