30pm) The Business Development Coordinator will provide key administrative support to the Client Acquisition team.
The role will have varied responsibilities including attending sales and pipeline meetings and taking notes and reporting back on actions.
The role will also include diary management and other duties such as basic data analysis.
Responsibilities include:
Attend meetings in a support capacity to take minutes.
Provide meeting notes and actions to be carried out post meeting.
Booking of meetings for pipeline management and any other meetings the Client Acquisition team may need.
Providing support on data analysis from events etc where appropriate.
Creation of marketing collateral.
Data input activity where appropriate.
Filing and updating of pipeline documents.

The person:
Collaborative and flexible approach, working with marketing colleagues to create marketing products and solutions which deliver the required outcomes, and where possible, exceed client expectations both within Gateley and outside Able to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders Excellent written and oral communications skill Strong organisational skills - to manage multiple tasks and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
Ability to work both independently and in a team - you will need to be able to work effectively on your own but also able to build strong relationships within the team and function.
