As a MarketingManager you’ll be part of the team leading the Bathroom Showroom Marketing plan for CityPlumbing. The MarketingManager will support the development and execution of a mix of campaigns to elevate the Bathroom Showroom proposition and promote our product portfolio. This is a 12 month FTC with a view to go perm.Key Responsibilities Drive a customer first approach to deliver both a strong and engaging customer experience with a promotional calendar to deliver CityPlumbing’s ambitious growth plansSupport in delivering an analysis of our existing trade activations and help develop a strategy and plan to address both the challenges and opportunitiesWork in partnership with our in-house studio, agencies, digital and commercial teams to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all trade activation programsSupport in delivering activation tools that are fit for brand purpose and our customers.
Ensuring they deliver the brands positioning in an engaging way for our audienceDevelop strong relationships with our suppliers in order to unlock opportunities of engaging content with the biggest brands in the plumbing and heating industryWork with the Commercial Team to conceptualise and execute customer promotional campaigns across the life cycles, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channelsDigest customer and market insights and help develop KPIs to inform future trade activation plansContribute meaningfully in cross-functional teams on a series of projects to significantly step change how we present the CityPlumbing brand across our channelsThis Marketing opportunity offers the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.
Therefore, you should be within commutable distance of our offices in Crick, Northamptonshire.
