Responsible for ordering all membership paperwork from the relevant suppliers, ensuring this is carefully stored in and orderly and coherent way.
To send out new membership application forms for prospective applicants and handle any initial queries from the candidate.
To ensure all membership applications are accurate and complete before passing to the Head of Membership.
Regularly ensuring all member details are current and up to date.
Logging all prospective members.
Preparing and mailing out new membership packs.
Maintaining the prospective member spreadsheet.
Documenting daily reports - scanning signing in and booking sheets.
Dealing with general queries, complaints and suggestions.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our MembershipAssistant are:
Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous The working hours:
You will be based at Head Office in Mayfair, working Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm.
