£10.50 - £11.50 per hour This is a new and exciting project that supports individuals with a mentalhealth diagnosis with their Recovery journey, moving from long term placements to a more independent lifestyle of their choosing.
The Role The role would require you to support individuals with their daily living skills but predominately with their mentalhealth so they can move from service dependency to self-risk management by giving them to tools to manage in a more proactive, positive way.
No experience necessary but you must be passionate about supporting individuals who would like to opportunity to make the changes in their lives.
Main duties Ensure the level of support is high and individuals are supported with all elements of their support.
Assist or administer medication.
Contribute to Risk and Support Plans.
Support colleagues to implement agreed ways of working.
To follow all policies and procedures within the home.
