Microsoft D365 Administrator BAFTA-Winning Games Studio Guildford | On-site (Hybrid after probation) Up to £65,000 DOE A Microsoft D365 BC/NAV Administrator is required to join a BAFTA-winning gaming studio to support the studio finalise the implementation of D365 Business Central ERP to replace and update the legacy project and financial planning and accounting systems, and to help make the implementation, running and future adaptations a success.
The Role As a Microsoft D365 BC/NAV Administrator, you will be part of the Management Information Systems team.
You will be responsible for Business Central will become a fundamental part of the planning, running and analysis of the studio’s game projects.
Liaising between senior management, production executives, producers, finance, IT and external partners to provide support, and training, working with them on feature requests for reporting and additional functionality.
Some of what you will be doing:
Leading the Business Central service to meet business needs and improve performance Learning how the company operates and configuring Business Central to upgrade legacy company/project accounting systems Being a key partner to the Finance department, regarding Business Central requirements Providing reports for various customers from within Business Central, Excel, Jet, Power BI and more Building and retaining relationships with Microsoft Partners and managing agreed work Responding to support requests from Business Central users and coordinating actions and requests Identifying knowledge gaps and developing, collating and delivering training resources & advice to users Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
