About the role Reporting into the Head Mixologist, the Mixologist will be responsibleto support the Rooftop General Manager into the daily running of the venue, from rota development to service and operation.
To be able to support the Head Mixologist in preparing and serving drinks, while monitoring and engaging with the service on the floor too.
To supervise the bar and hosts team ensuring the correct procedures are constantly followed.
Liaise with security to ensure a safe and pleasant environment is kept for our guests while managing queue.
To ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times.
Key responsibilities To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times To ensure good communication with all your colleagues and superiors To be fully confident with the menu and able to run training for the team To check guests for proper ID and serve alcohol in accordance to licence and company regulations To determine when a customer is intoxicated and if required refusing any further serving in a polite way To ensure that all opening and closing duties are completed in line with company standards To report any customer complaints and any allergy related matters to the Manager on duty To be competent in the use of the MICROS system at all stages of service To maintain a safe and hygienic work environment To carry out any reasonable request made by Management To champion guest name usage and lead by example, engaging whenever possible with all guests To ensure that the work area, materials and equivalent are clean and well-maintained at all times, and to report defective materials and equipment to the Bar Manager To make sure to follow H&S policy with regards to items expiry date labeling To be a Role Model & promote the 4C Group Values What We Offer to our Enthusiasts Competitive salary Free meals on duty 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays which will increase through length of service Automatic enrollment into a workplace pension scheme Healthcare cashback plan (HSF) Inc:
