An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NHS 111 Clinical Lead to join our NHS 111 Management Team.

You will provide proactive and professional clinical management and leadership in the NHS 111 call centres under the guidance of the NHS 111 Nurse/Clinical Site Manager You will monitor, manage, support and coach the teams within the call centres to ensure clinical efficiency, quality and safety of the service at all times.

You will proactively manage and monitor the clinical safety of the service inclusive of the prioritisation of care for patients waiting a call back in the NHS Pathways clinical queue.
