£30,000 PA OTE Year 1 Our client is one of the leading surgical procedure clinics in the UK and continues to grow.

Responsibilities:
The Role:
Responding to inbound calls/emails/webchat from enquirers', and making outbound calls to people who have made enquiries via the website or responding to TV, Radio and Social Media advertising.
-Discussing products and services in depth -Dealing with sales enquires efficiently and effectively -Keeping in line with set KPI's/targets -Working across numerous databases and using inhouse CRM -Assisting with daily operational activities -Processing and entering confidential data Requirements for the role Must be able to demonstrate success in a previous sales or customer service role with at least 1 year of experience.
- Must have excellent verbal sales and written skills including confident telephone manner, and be social media savvy.
- Experience with a CRM and good MS office skills - Superb telephone manner and strong work ethic - Must be able to manage own diary and possess excellent organisational skills - Stay calm and manage tight deadlines.
- A team player understanding that there are NO short-cuts to success.
