Within this specialist care home, the 24-hour on-site nursing team also supports individuals with additional physical health conditions.
Pathfields is a homely and welcoming environment with several communal areas for socialising as well as a large garden.
Service users are actively encouraged to take part in a variety of activity programmes, which are aimed to increase independence in undertaking everyday tasks such as shopping, gardening, and budgeting.
