Full time/ Part time We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity on behalf of our client, looking for health care professionals within the sector.
If you are a Registered General Nurse, Registered Mental Health Nurse or a Learning Disability Nurse wanting that change, but still using the clinical skills you have acquired then this may be the role for you.
Your role would be working as a Clinical Assessor for the NHS, say goodbye to long 12-hour shifts and hello to normal working hours Monday - Friday 9-5pm with the option of a homebased role.
It is all about the work life balance A typical day as a clinical Assessor:
You will be conducting telephone assessments with claimants of the PIP (Personal Independence Payment).
Gathering accurate clinical history on the individual, checking their functional capability with day-to-day life and how their health condition can affect their living.
You will be analysing and reporting on your findings, using your clinical skills to determine the best outcome for the claimant.
A full report will be written based on your findings which would be used to help the decision be made, you would not be the decision maker or provide the treatment but use your knowledge to help with the findings.
What we are looking for:
Someone with excellent attention to detail.
Fully adequate with working on computers.
Precision with typing for when you complete your reports.
You do not require to have any previous experience working as a Clinical Assessor as you will receive an in-depth training programme.
Must be a registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) and have 1 years of post-graduate experience.
Even though its Band 6 position you do not have to currently be Band 6 to apply Benefits:

8 weeks coaching programme and an inhouse trainer that will be there to support you and ensure that you progress within the role.
NHS training in a variety of topics and will receive statutory training.
Quarterly CPD days Excellent working hours Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm Formal Disability Analyst Accreditation at the end of your training.
