* Supporting the care and educational needs of the children in the setting * Taking on key person responsibility * Being a positive and proactive team member * Completing necessary reports to support the development of a child * Having good communication skills to with parents, team members and outside agencies * Adhering to safety first safety always procedures, * Following the company policy and procedures * Meeting the expected welfare requirements * Have a good understanding of child development and how to put int o practice supporting children to grow * Follow robust safeguarding procedures * Be a positive role model for team members and the public regarding TOSN * Par-take in any duty which is required to keep the children safe and support their learning and working as a team.
NurseryNurse Special skills required:
* Must hold CACHE Level2/3 or have a relevant childcare qualification * Having a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special * Pretending to eat playdough creations realistically is required, and that of drinking numerous cups of pretend tea * You must have the ability to read a ten-page fairy-tale, upside down, with at least 4 interruptions per page * You must be prepared to have lots of fun in the workplace.
