About the team Operate Digital is the central function that creates and runs technology.
We also transform the way our clients use technology in delivering assets to our clients across a wide range of business processes.
Working with industry leading, alliance partners across architecture, development, and multiple other technologies, we interact with all technology platforms and provide tangible technology delivery at scale.
We are building a suite of connected and intelligent capabilities, adopting new and emerging technologies, and using the latest Agile, Cloud and DevOps approaches to maximise our effectiveness along with client value from public cloud offerings.
Skills and experience Ability to take stakeholders through transformation journeys Undertake planning and performance management for CCOE’s strategic plan for cloud? Collaborate with stakeholders, employees, and help in establishing the CCOE brand? Regular monitoring of all the CCOE activity? Undertake assessment and audit of the data needs of the organisation along with developing solutions?? Experience and proven success in delivering software products to market in an agile software development environment.
BSc in computer science or engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Role Description and Responsibilities The CCoE Lead will be a key member of the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE).
They will provide best practices on secure foundational cloud implementations, automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications, cloud-ready application architectures, and more.
Through the CCoE Leads guidance, they will ensure our teams have excellent experience in building, modernising, migrating, and maintaining applications / assets or automated solutions in a cloud environment.
The CCoE Lead will be a subject matter expert elevating the overall cloud capabilities within the clients estate. Experience in deployment and operating on cloud?? Experience in cross-team functioning and collaborating with stakeholders? Experience in change management? Experience in aligning business goals with the cloud initiative? Experience in managing the cloud database architecture, security architecture, IP networking, Agile methodology of development, complete asset management on cloud, and should be well versed in languages like Python, Perl, PHP, Java.?
